Shipping, Delivery & Customs Policy

Kaur & Co. is not liable for delays, losses, or errors caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility. All shipping updates and delivery confirmations are provided by the carrier.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Kaur & Co. does not have control over these charges and cannot predict or refund customs-related fees.

Kaur & Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and inquire about the package's whereabouts.
